Mighty Price Match Promise

We’re proud to offer our Mighty Price Match Promise on daily campervan hire rates. If you find the same Mighty motorhome or campervan available for a lower daily rate elsewhere, just let us know — we’ll match it, as long as the following conditions are met. 


To qualify for a price match: 

  • The alternative price must apply to the same Mighty motorhome or campervan.
  • Collection and return dates must match your original booking.
  • Collection and return locations must be identical.
  • The alternative price must be valid and available at the time you contact us.
  • The price must be listed and charged in either Australian or New Zealand currency (depending on your booking location).
  • You can notify us of an alternative price up to 24 hours after confirming your booking with us.


How to request a price match: 

Email a quote or screenshot to match@thlonline.com within 24 hours of confirming your booking. Be sure your quote or screenshot includes: 

  • Campervan or motorhome details
  • Date and time the quote was issued
  • Your travel dates and locations
  • The price and the currency it will be charged in

Don’t forget to include your name, email address, contact phone number, and your Mighty quote or booking confirmation number. 


A few important notes: 

  • Mighty will verify the alternative price before matching.
  • The price match applies to the daily vehicle hire rate only. Optional extras, standard fees, and charges (such as credit card fees, location fees, and public holiday surcharges) are not included.
  • Only one price match is allowed per booking.
  • Mighty reserves the right to change or withdraw this offer at any time.
