When renting a campervan with Mighty Campers in Australia or New Zealand, it’s important to understand your liability options to ensure peace of mind on the road. Accident liability is the maximum amount you’re responsible for per incident, covering damage to the rental vehicle and third-party property. Below, we outline the liability reduction options available in both countries to help you choose the best coverage for your trip.

Understanding Liability and Deposits

Important Note

If the rental agreement is breached or damage has occurred by not adhering to the applicable exclusions (e.g. water submersion, incorrect use of fuel, driving on restricted roads), you may be responsible for all damages, regardless of the liability option chosen. Always review the Mighty Campers Rental Agreement
