If you want to change the drop-off destination, you must first obtain authorisation from our Booking Hosts. 

Subject to the change of drop-off destination being approved, an additional charge of up to NZ/AU$750.00 may apply. 

If you would like to collect a larger campervan, and your preference is available, additional fees may apply. 

Should you decide, when you arrive at the branch, to take a smaller campervan than you have booked, (if available), you will not be entitled to any refund. 

We understand that sometimes road trips may need to be cancelled. In case of cancellation, the below terms apply: 

• If cancelled up to 31+ days prior to pick-up ..............No Fee (booking deposit refundable)
• If cancelled from 30 to 7 days prior to pick-up ........20% of Rental 
• If cancelled less 6 days or less prior to pick-up ..................50% of Rental 
• If cancelled on day of pick up or No-Show .............100% of Rental 
• If vehicle is returned early there is no refund available for the unused days

Original pick-up date or the earliest confirmed pick-up date is used to calculate the cancellation fee. 

The cancellation fee period is based on Australian Eastern Standard Time.

If you wish to change the return date of your campervan rental, you must first obtain authorisation from our Booking Hosts, to confirm that this is possible. Additional fees will apply for the additional days added. 

If you return later than your confirmed date, without approval then late fees and additional fees for the extra days will be applied.

No refund applies for early returns.
