Yes. We require all guests to complete online check-in before arriving at the branch; just like you’d check-in for a flight. This ensures we have the correct details of your travelling party, including all drivers, so you enjoy a more efficient camper handover on the day of pick-up.
During Online Check-In we ask you to complete your details, watch the Camper Safety Video and read the Rental Agreement. You can also add and pay for any additional products so we can ensure they are ready for your arrival.
Doing this from the comfort of home ensures you are well set for your trip. It’s helpful to be prepared in advance so you can enjoy getting the keys to your home on wheels!

Yes. Each driver needs to present their physical, full, valid driver’s licence upon collection of the campervan (photo copies are not accepted) and all drivers are required to sign the rental agreement.
Your campervan can only be collected within the branch operating hours. Please be there no later than an hour before closing time.
Please ensure you allow plenty of time at the branch for the pick-up process. We want to give each guest the space to ask any questions they may have to ensure they can get on the road safely, and with confidence. We find some guests need more time than you’d expect to pick-up a camper, as there a few more things to run through than with a usual car hire. Please ensure you allow enough time so we can show you everything you need to know and make sure you have an awesome roadtrip.
